Fact Forward Secures Funding to Expand Adolescent Reproductive Health Education into North Carolina

Fact Forward is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of funding to support its expansion into North Carolina.  This initiative was made possible by the Reproductive Health Branch of the NC Department of Health and Human Services. We are thrilled to secure this funding, which will enable us to enhance our work in North Carolina and ensure that young people have access to evidence-based reproductive health education. This financial support is a testament to our expertise and commitment for the last 29 years.

By strengthening the capacity of educators and equipping them with evidence-based tools and resources, Fact Forward aims to foster an environment where young people can make informed decisions, develop healthy relationships, and lead healthy lives. Fact Forward will collaborate with local partners, including school districts, community-based organizations, and healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of culturally responsive and inclusive health education that meets the unique needs of North Carolina's diverse youth population. We will also prioritize reaching underserved communities and areas with limited access to adolescent reproductive health education.

Fact Forward's expansion into North Carolina aligns with its overarching mission to promote the optimal health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities in South Carolina and beyond. By working collaboratively with state-level systems and local stakeholders, the organization strives to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people, fostering healthier futures for generations to come.  For the full scope of work, visit Grants | Fact Forward .
