Calling All Branding Experts

Fact Forward is seeking a Freelancer or agency to guide the development of a youth-centered brand that reflects the values, needs, and lived experiences of young people. This brand will serve as the public-facing identity for our youth programs, campaigns, and digital presence. 

 

Scope of Work 
The selected consultant will: 

  • Lead discovery and co-creation sessions with youth, staff, and key stakeholders 

  • Develop a brand strategy, tone, and positioning that center youth voices 

  • Design visual assets including logo, color palette, typography, and icons 

  • Create a comprehensive brand style guide and messaging framework 

  • Deliver a brand toolkit for use across social media, print, and web 

  •  

Who Should Apply 
We welcome submissions from: 

  • Independent consultants, design studios, or creative agencies 

  • Professionals with experience in youth engagement, nonprofit branding, or social impact campaigns 

  • Creatives who aren’t afraid to be innovative and forward thinking 

  •  

Proposal Requirements 
To be considered, submit a proposal that includes: 

  1. Letter of interest highlighting your relevant experience 

  1. Your approach to youth-centered branding 

  1. Project timeline, deliverables, and proposed budget 

  1. Work samples or portfolio (links welcome) 

  1. Three references from recent clients

Selection Process 
Proposals will be evaluated based on creativity, experience, alignment with Fact Forward’s mission, and cultural responsiveness. Finalists may be invited for virtual interviews during the week of May 26, 2025.
